No Worries 2012: June 24 - June 30
Mark your calendars!!!

Minimal requirements for campers:

Must fall between ages of 6 to 16
Patients much receive signed medical clearance from their Primary Oncologist
Siblings must have signed medical clearance from their Pediatrician or Family Physician, and must have been seen within the last calendar year
Must be a resident of the State of New Jersey (although exceptions can be made on an individual basis)
