Develop confidence and leadership skills!

Our Counselor-In-Training (CIT) program is designed for former campers who are 18 as of the 1st of June prior to camp.  CITs work closely with our LITs (Leader-In-Training) in the months leading up to camp, planning events for the week, learning how to be a leader at camp and the community, and being exposed to the massive volunteer effort that goes into each week of camp.

The CITs are on site for the entire week, including the counselor training day prior to camper arrival. They are paired with a mentor counselor and cabin for the week. Over the course of camp, CITs learn to be excellent counselors and role models through their mentor counselor, CIT Director, and firsthand experiences working with our amazing campers.
